MAG is ensuring that all of its product information, related calculators, and dimensions are available in metric. You'll be able to find some of this information in Revit Settings: Preferences > Units... and in BIM 360 docs created with NBS Create. MAG will no longer be creating docx's with the units of the involved properties.
In the 2013 version of Revit we provided a visualisation tool for the assembly of components in a project. There was a question for which we did not provide a functionality. The question was: “Does any new component require me to add it to assembly?”.
When working on a project do you ever wonder what a system is made from? By using the Serial Number field in a component, BIM 360 will be able to provide certifications based on the product. For example a GRAVITYBOX/Metric is made from steel, a GRAVITYBOX/English is made from concrete, a Bullet HTA is made from carbon fiber.
Hi, I'm starting to learn how to use revit. I too have problems metric libraries and template. The problem I have is that the default templates are only in rft not rfa. and I can't open the rft files. Another issue is that I can't start because even when I try to draw the grids, the grids have no text and bubbles. I tried to search for the rfa files but no progress. Need help. Thanks
I'm trying to install the Metric Library for Revit MEP 2014, but it can't find the Metric library.zip on their website. I've even downloaded the Metric library zip file, and opened up Revit MEP, and tried to drag it, but as soon as I hover over the Metric Library file, Revit MEP crashes! 7211a4ac4a
