Because NCIS has been on the air for 20 seasons, fans have become accustomed to casting changes. Gibbs' exit was the most difficult and even his being cut from the opening credits was disappointing. However, plenty of other departures -- like Kate, Abby, Ziva, Tony and Bishop -- weren't much easier. So while Season 20 has settled into a routine with its perfect Gibbs replacement, audiences are nervous about who the next character to go might be.
Season 20 has made it clear that Nick Torres will be in for a rough time. A lot of fans think that he won't make it past the current season because of actor Wilmer Valderrama's other, upcoming commitments. However, "Guardian" hinted that NCIS is getting ready for another major character departure. It also looks like NCIS Director Leon Vance may be on his way out.
One episode after a wrench was thrown into Jimmy and Knight's relationship, the NCIS team had even more personal drama. Director Vance was the victim of a home invasion, but he made quick work of one of the attackers while the other two fled. (He was a former boxing champion, after all.) It quickly became apparent that Vance was targeted. But despite that, he insisted on going to a pre-arranged conference in Berlin... so Alden Parker decided that he was going along as Vance's protective detail.
The Vance storyline could just have been a set-up to develop a Vance and Parker friendship; they did go see a movie together in Berlin. However, what happened back home made it look like there was more going on. With Vance and Parker out of the country, Timothy McGee was appointed as acting NCIS Director. At first, he hated the position and tried to avoid Vance's assistant, but over the episode, he started to change his mind.
He began his career in the mid-90s, with his first role in an episode of The Adventures of Pete and Pete. In the 90s, he appeared in single episodes of New York News, New York Undercover, One Live To Live, Homicide: Life on the Street, andSpin City. He was in three episodes of The Profiler and played the title character in TV movie Nathan Dixon. He appeared in the pilot episode of The Sopranos as CPA Alex Mahaffey. He works for Blue Cross/Blue Shield and participates in a scheme to defraud Medicare with Tony and Hesh to get himself out of debt he acquired through gambling. To convince him to participate in the scheme, Hesh and Big Pussy threaten to throw him over a waterfall, after Tony hits him with his car and Christopher and Tony beat him.
In two seasons of post-apocalyptic cult classic CBS show Jericho, Gaston portrayed Gray Anderson. Anderson is a businessman who controls the Jericho Salt Mines. He defeats mayor Johnston Green to become mayor himself and helps lead the construction of a new power source, a wind turbine. He participates in an Allied States of America conference (I have no clue what this is but the show sounds vaguely intriguing) but disagrees with their ideas and eventually turns the town back over to former mayor Green.
Gaston appeared in four episodes of short-lived AMC show Rubicon as Donald Bloom. Bloom is an independent contractor who formerly worked for the CIA. He is hired by Truxton Spangler to kill main character Will Travers, and to make it look like an accident. However, the plan is botched and Will manages to shoot and kill Bloom before Bloom can inject him with an overdose of heroin. Later in the same year, Gaston was rich white guy Ben Zeitlin in four episodes of one season Terriers. Zeitlin is a corrupt attorney who is part of a conspiracy at the heart of the season, and is attempting to purchase some land through shady means.
The finale is actually part 2 of 3. Kyle Harimoto posted a bts pic on his instastories on Sunday. It was Harm, Sam, and Callen. Harimoto described the episode as part 1 of a 3 parter. Much like 3×23/3×24/4×01 or 9×23/9×24/10×01
I enjoyed how they portrayed the characters in this episode. Callen and Sam were great. I liked that Nell and Eric had some together time and also some individual time with the team.I thought the Kensi and Deeks scenes were great, very well done, they were professional, yet the characters I fell in love with. I also love it it when Deeks is very competent and sees the big picture and figures it out. It was also fun when Deeks was telling Sam he would drive his car and Sam kept saying no. 781b155fdc
