Once your subscription is running, you'll need to purchase a license for each project. It's an annual charge, so you can rollover existing licenses at various times, but it's also tied to your Autodesk account.
After you buy a license, you can access the apps on the web first before downloading them to your phone. The web versions are less powerful than the downloaded apps, but they can help you with your design if you're working on a project where you want to visualize or otherwise interact with the design online. If you need to stream a drawing, you can use the InCAD applications on your phone.
To be able to access project files, you need an Autodesk subscription. Autodesk web sites and most online tutorials will show you how to do this, but those how-to's assume you have a perpetual license. If you're using a subscription, you won't have access to file systems nearly as robust as using a license. You'd have to create a special project folder for each customer.
You can drag a press or drag-and-drop other vector objects onto your project. Once you're a file within the project, you can place text boxes or guide points there for editing afterward. You can also show, hide, and change the number of views of a drawing. Once you're done, you can "Ready" to publish, or you can share your project immediately for online access.
