I got a new 2019 F-150 FX4 in November. Amazon music has always quit after playing a song for about a minute. When I restart the app it works fine for the remainder of the drive. About a week ago (5/7/20) my volume locks (on all audio sources except phone calls) when using CarPlay. Unplug my phone and volume works fine. Plug it back in and volume sticks. Restarted phone and it worked for the rest of the drive but has since resumed a volume freeze. 2b1af7f3a8
